Mary Milne, a glass artist, works in both stained glass and warm (kiln formed) glass producing her work in her studio in Springs, NY. She has studied glass art at Pratt Institute and Urban Glass in Brooklyn as well as Bullseye Glass and has been actively involved in the medium for the past ten years, producing both landscapes and abstract designs. Her work is both two dimensional and sculpted.

After first trying her hand at stained glass at Pratt, she moved into working in kiln formed glass at Urban Glass. She has studied under Ann Hayes, Erica Rosenfeld, George Thomas, Moshe Bursuker and Miriam De Fiori of Italy. 

Mary has exhibited at the Lehman Gallery, Bridgehampton Historical Society, Studio East, Barnes Gallery in Garden City, Fiedler Gallery in Greenport, Kramoris Gallery in Sag Harbor, East End Art juried shows, Peconic Land Trust and Nature Conservancy Landscape shows, Artist Alliance of East Hampton shows, as well as various group shows in the Hamptons.  Mary has held studio tours of her home studio in East Hampton to benefit Guild Hall as well as the Artist Alliance of East Hampton studio tours. She has been chosen as a finalist in the MTA Arts in Transit competition. 

Mary is a member of the board of the Artists Alliance of East Hampton.
